Why can't the Redmi Buds 6 Pro be charged in the charging case?
To resolve this issue, please refer to the following methods:
1. Check whether the earbuds have not been used for a long time. It is recommended that you charge for at least 30 minutes to ensure that the earbuds are activated;
2. Check whether the charging case is out of power (the white indicator on the charging case does not light up, and flashes twice after opening the cover). Put the earbuds in and out of the charging case repeatedly 3 times. If the contact is fine, the indicator of the charging case will light up when the earbuds are in the charging case;
3. Check whether there is dirt on the earbuds or the contact points of the charging case. Use a cotton swab to wipe and clean the earbuds copper column and the charging case contact points;
4. Choose a suitable charging environment for the earbuds at 15°C ~ 35°C.
