What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Active cannot be bound to Xiaomi/Redmi phones or other Android phones?

To troubleshoot the issue, please refer to the following steps:
1. Make sure that the Bluetooth of your phone is turned on and your wearable device is on;
2. Confirm that the Mi Fitness APP version is updated to the latest version;
3. Make sure that the region you set in the APP is the same as that of the device you are using;
4. Check whether the device has been connected to an Android phone before, however, has not been unbound;
5. Search the band in an open space where there are no other devices, only the phone and the band, and away from other devices;
6. Keep your wearable device and phone close together and avoid strong sources of network interference;
7. Manually restore the band to factory settings, and then use the device to search and add the band again.
