This issue will occur if the Mi Fitness APP has been terminated in the background. Please ensure the APP has all required permissions for background operation.
There are two ways to configure these settings:
1. After pairing, tap the [Settings] option and follow the instructions;
2. After pairing is complete, navigate to the APP's settings interface and enable background running permissions as instructed.
Ensure the following permissions are enabled:
1. Turn off Battery saver;
2. Set “No restrictions” in Background settings;
3. Allow APP autostart;
4. Lock the APP in background.
