Why does the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro's touch screen not respond?

To resolve this issue, please refer to the following methods:
1. Trigger the screen to turn off by lowering your wrist or waiting for the screen to automatically turn off. Then, tap the screen to turn it back on;
2. If the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro is not paired, leave it stay for 15 minutes. When the band automatically powers off, then use the charger to reactivate the band;
3. If the band is already paired, unbind it from the Mi Fitness APP. After the band restarts automatically, repair it.
