The heart rate interval refers to the range or level where the current heart rate is compared with the maximum heart rate. It reflects the load level of the heart. It is used to measure your exercise intensity. Exercise at the appropriate heart rate interval can help you enhance your heart and lung ability and improve your fitness level.
There are several states in the heart rate interval:

2. When the heart rate is between (60%, 70%] of the maximum heart rate: Burning fat zone;
3. When the heart rate is between (70%, 80%] of the maximum heart rate: Aerobic zone;
4. When the heart rate is between (80%, 90%] of the maximum heart rate: Anaerobic zone;
5. When the heart rate is above 90% of the maximum heart rate: Limit zone;
