The connection can be interrupted due to reasons such as being out of range, Bluetooth not being enabled on the phone, or the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro being ignored in Bluetooth settings.
Please check if the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro is listed under the devices connected to the system’s Bluetooth. If it is, tap it, forget the device, and then attempt to reconnect.
Here are some troubleshooting steps:
1. If there is a disconnection due to being out of range, or if the device is restarted and the Mi Fitness APP shows connecting but fails to connect within 5 seconds, please try manually tapping to reconnect or remove the APP and reopen it;
2. It is recommended to turn the Bluetooth off and on again in your phone's settings and then re-entering the APP to see if the connection can be successfully established;
3. When the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro is connected to an iOS phone and it is reset to factory settings, the iOS phone's Bluetooth will attempt to reconnect to it. This can result in the new phone being unable to find the band because the iOS phone and the band will keep connecting and disconnecting. During the connection period, the new phone cannot search for the band. If the new phone is in scanning mode when in the disconnection period, it will find the band. To resolve this, go to the iOS phone's Bluetooth settings, find the previously connected band and tap [Forget This Device]. Then, use the new phone to search and pair with the band.
