To resolve this issue, please troubleshoot as follows:
1. When the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro is connected to an iOS phone and it is reset to factory settings, the iOS phone's Bluetooth will attempt to reconnect to it. This can result in the new phone being unable to find the band because the iOS phone and the band will keep connecting and disconnecting. During the connection period, the new phone cannot search for the band. If the new phone is in scanning mode when in the disconnection period, it will find the band. To resolve this, go to the iOS phone's Bluetooth settings, find the previously connected band and tap [Forget This Device]. Then, use the new phone to search and pair with the band;
2. When the band is connected to an Android phone and it is reset to factory settings, the Mi Fitness APP will reconnect to the band and prompt you holder to either [Remove] or [Add]. Select [Remove] and then use the new phone to search and connect or select [Add] and then you can directly reconnect.
