You can refer to the following steps for Bluetooth usage:
1. Steps, sleep, heart rate monitoring, stress or blood oxygen monitoring, vitality scores, breathing training and women's health management can record data independently without the need for a constant Bluetooth connection. However, regular connection to the phone is necessary to sync health data. It is recommended to connect the phone during exercise to record the trajectory;
2. Functions such as stopwatch, alarm, focus, calendar, world clock, etc., do not require the Bluetooth to be constantly turned on;
3. Functions like incoming calls reminder, APP notification reminder, find phone, events reminder, weather, find device, control phone music playback, remote control phone photography, etc., require Bluetooth to be turned on to maintain communication with the band and phone.
Note:
1. For better usage of the band, it is recommended to keep the Mi Fitness APP running in the background. To avoid memory cleaning and interference from some management software on the Android system, please follow the instructions on the APP: [Mi Fitness] APP >> [Device] >> [Notifications and calls] >> [Background permissions] >> set up as required on the page;
2. The iOS cannot perform background protection for APPs. When the APP is removed in the background, the Bluetooth connection will not be disconnected and message notifications can be used normally. However, other sync data APPs such as weather, health data sync, events, etc. will require reopening the Mi Fitness APP;
3. Enabling low power mode on the iOS will result in decreased Bluetooth connection stability and potential disconnection issues.
