Does the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro support setting a device password?
The Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro supports setting a device password, which can protect your band and its data from unauthorized access. The device password is disabled by default. When it is enabled, the device will be locked if it is detected that you are not wearing it. You need to input the password after wearing it again.
To set a password on your band, please refer to the following steps:
1. Go to the [Mi Fitness] APP;
2. Tap [Device];
3. Tap [Security];
4. Tap [Set password];
5. Tap [PIN].
Note:
1. If you forget the password of your band, you can connect the band to the APP and disable or change the password in the Mi Fitness APP;
2. If you forget the device password of your band and cannot connect back to the APP, please contact the local after-sales service center.
