1. Please keep the band and phone within a Bluetooth connection distance (In open areas, the Bluetooth range is about 10 meters);
2. Check if the band and APP have been upgraded to the latest version;
3. In the multitasking window of an Android phone, lock the Mi Fitness APP to prevent it from being removed in the background;
