If the band cannot be turned on, please refer to the following details:
1. When using the band for the first time, you need to connect the charging cable to activate and turn it on;
2. Depleting the power will make the band power off. You need to charge it for about 10 minutes before you can turn it on and use it;
3. It is recommended that you use the standard charging cable for charging;
4. If you use a mobile power bank to charge, you need to replace the standard USB adapter for charging;
5. Check whether there are stains on the metal contacts of the device body, the charging surface of the back shell and the metal contacts, and charging surface of the charging stand and cable. You can try to wipe them with a paper towel, etc. If rust occurs, wipe it with a cotton swab or cotton cloth dipped in alcohol. Ensure that there is no poor contact between the device body and the charging cable;
6. Check whether the protective film of the charging stand and the protective film of the device back shell have been torn off;
7. Check whether the charging cable and the device are plugged in the wrong way, and try to plug and unplug it several times (try to plug it in with a little force or shake it to avoid poor contact);
8. Whether the charging adapter is normal, you can try to replace other adapters to connect the device charging cable for charging (make sure that the USB interface is powered normally);
9. If there is a spare charging cable (or a charging cable for the same device), you can try to replace a charging cable;
10. Whether the charging environment temperature is low, it is recommended that you charge it in an environment above 10℃;
11. If the device is connected to the charger for a long time without response, you can contact the local after-sales service center.
