Why is the Xiaomi Smart Camera C500 Dual offline or frequently offline?
If the Xiaomi Smart Camera C500 Dual is offline or frequently offline, please refer to the following details:
1. Please check whether the camera is powered off and make sure that the standard adapter is used simultaneously;
2. Please try to restart the router;
3. If the power and network are in the normal condition, please check the indicator:
Blink in blue: The camera is connecting to the network and please check whether the network is normal;
Keep in orange: The camera is turning on or waiting for connection after reset. Please rebind the camera to the APP.
If the indicator is in the conditions mentioned above, the camera will be in the offline status;
4. Please check whether the MicroSD card is inserted into the camera and remove the MicroSD card to check whether the camera is offline. MicroSD card with poor quality will make the camera offline;
5. Please update the firmware to the latest version;
6. You can also reconnect the 5GHz Wi-Fi network to have a stronger signal for indoor use.
