Why is there no sound or why is it stuttering when the Redmi Buds 6 is connected?

Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Analysis of causes:
(1). Due to the special nature of Bluetooth earbuds, the electromagnetic waves in your area interfere with the Bluetooth connection, leading to no sound;
(2). Check your phone's volume settings to ensure it is not muted;
(3). The phone is too far from the earbuds (beyond 10m), or there is an obstruction between the earbuds and the phone;
(4). If the phone is simultaneously connected to two Bluetooth devices, the sound can come from the second device, leaving the first device silent.
2. Solutions:
(1). Check if your earbuds are in an environment with large interference. Keep away from microwaves or other strong electromagnetic sources;
(2). Unmute your phone and try increasing the volume of your phone to see if the sound returns;
(3). Keep the phone and earbuds close together or reconnect them;
(4). Disconnect the earbuds, place them back in the charging case, close the lid for 5 seconds, then open the lid and reconnect to the phone. Or disconnect the phone from the other Bluetooth device;
(5). If none of the above works, try restoring factory settings: place both earbuds in the charging case, open the lid, then press and hold the function button for 10 seconds until the indicator flashes continuously, indicating a factory reset.
