1. If the distance between the phone and earbuds or between two earbuds is too far or if there is an obstruction (like a wall), it will cause intermittent sound or noise. Keep the phone and earbuds or two earbuds close together and avoid obstructions;
2. If there is signal interference in your environment or if the phone's signal is weak, try using them in a different environment or a location with a better phone signal to see if the problem persists;
3. If there are large electromagnetic interference sources nearby, it can cause low sound or noise for others. Keep away from objects like microwaves or Wi-Fi routers that have large electromagnetic interference;
4. If you’re using a Xiaomi smartphone and hear occasional buzzing or electrical noise while playing music, and it goes away when you pause the music or put the earbuds back in the charging case and wear them again, please update your phone’s system to the latest version. (Steps: Open the [Settings] interface on your phone >> tap [About phone] >> tap [Xiaomi HyperOS] or [MIUI version], and the interface will automatically check for updates);
5. Reset the earbuds and restart your phone, then pair them again to see if the issue resolves;
6. Ensure the earbuds are sufficiently charged (above 30%), test with another phone, and if the problem persists, please apply for the after-sales service.
