What to do if the Redmi Buds 6 can't be charged, or powered on, or the indicator is off?
The Redmi Buds 6 cannot be charged or has unstable charging due to prolonged storage without use or poor contact with the charging case (dirty metal contacts).
Please refer to the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Ensure the earbuds are activated while charging;
2. Check if the charging contacts of the earbuds are dirty, sunken, or damaged. Clean any dirt to ensure good contact between the charging contacts and the charging case;
Note:
Insert and remove the earbuds from the case three times. If contact is normal, the white light strip will light up for 2 seconds when the earbuds are placed in the case.
3. Place both earbuds in the charging case, keep the lid open, and connect to your phone. Check in the Xiaomi Earbuds APP interface if the battery icon shows a lightning bolt.
(1). If there is no lightning bolt icon, please apply for the after-sales service;
(2). Check if the charging case has power. If the charging case is out of battery, charge it first, then charge the earbuds. If the earbuds have not been used for a long time and have low power, the indicator will take some time to turn on.
