If the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera CW500 Dual shows a pink screen, please refer to the following methods:
1. Try restarting the camera via the APP. Go to the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP >> select the camera >> tap the three-dot icon in the upper right corner >> tap [Camera settings] >> tap [Reboot device] and check if the pink screen issue disappears;
2. Restart the camera by unplugging and plugging the power again to see if the pink screen issue is resolved;
3. Go to the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP >> select the camera >> tap the three-dot icon in the upper right corner >> tap [Night vision] >> disable and re-enable the Night vision function to check if the pink screen issue disappears;
4. If the problem persists, please contact the after-sales service for further assistance.
