Does the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera CW500 Dual support NAS network storage?
The Xiaomi Outdoor Camera CW500 Dual supports NAS network storage. Using the NAS network storage allows centralized storage, easier data management, remote access, enhancing security, avoiding local storage limitations, and ensuring continuous recording and backup.
To set up a NAS network storage, please refer to the following steps:
1. Open the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP;
2. Go to the real-time monitoring interface of the camera;
3. Tap the three-dot icon at the upper right corner of the screen;
4. Tap [Manage storage];
5. Tap [NAS network storage];
6. Follow the prompts to add the storage device.
Note:
The router or network drive the camera is connected to must support storage transfer, and the camera must have a microSD card installed and be recording properly.
