What to do if the Redmi Buds 6 won’t pair or cannot be found?

When searching for Bluetooth earbuds on your phone, make sure the Bluetooth earbuds are also in pairing mode.
1. Ensure the earbuds have sufficient battery: Open the charging case lid and press the function button for 2 seconds. The indicator will flash continuously, indicating the earbuds are in pairing mode. Try searching for "Redmi Buds 6" on your phone and pair them;
2. Confirm the pairing steps are correct: The earbuds should be in pairing mode and waiting to connect. If no connection is made within one minute, the earbuds will enter sleep mode, and the indicator will turn off;
3. If the above steps do not work, try resetting the earbuds.
Reset steps: Place both earbuds in the charging case, open the lid, and press and hold the function button for 10 seconds. The indicator will flash continuously, completing the reset and entering pairing mode. Try pairing again after this;

4. It could be due to excessive interference in your surroundings. Try moving to a different location. Due to the nature of Bluetooth earbuds, electromagnetic interference in your area can affect the connection, or it can connect but produce no sound or disconnect.
Note:
If the earbuds are already paired with one phone and you need to pair them with a new phone, press the function button on the charging case for 2 seconds (the white light will flash), and then try searching again. When using the Dual connection feature, only one device can connect to the Xiaomi Earbuds APP at a time.
