Does the Xiaomi Home Secure support real-time all-day recording?
The device enabled with the Xiaomi Home Secure will start recording video when it detects a person or object moving. The Xiaomi Home Secure features 24-hour real-time smart monitoring technology. When the slightest movement of a person, a pet, or an object is detected in your device’s field of view (FoV), the camera will automatically start recording and uploading the encrypted video. Please note that video will not be recorded unless the Xiaomi Home Secure detects motion in its FoV.
If you want real-time all-day recording, you need to insert an SD card and select the all-day recording mode to be able to replay video from a 24-hour period.
Note:
The SD card memory is limited, so it needs to be cleared regularly.
