How to set a VPN on the Xiaomi 14T Pro?
Setting a VPN on the Xiaomi 14T Pro helps protect your online privacy by encrypting your internet connection, securing sensitive data, and allowing access to region-restricted content. This enhances both security and flexibility while browsing the internet.
To set a VPN on your phone, please refer to the following steps:
1. Go to [Settings];
2. Tap [More connectivity options];
3. Select [VPN];
4. Tap [OK] and you need to set a screen lock;
5. Choose a screen lock method and set your password by following the on-screen prompts;
6. Your phone will prompt you to remember your screen lock password, and select [Got it] to continue;
7. Tap [Add VPN];
8. Enter the required information, such as the VPN name, type, server address, and any authentication details provided by your VPN service;
9. After entering all the necessary details, tap the [√] icon at the upper right corner to save the information;
10. Go back to the VPN list and select the VPN and enable [VPN].
Note:
Once the VPN has connected, you will see a VPN icon in the status bar, indicating that your VPN is active.
