Why does the MicroSD card on the Xiaomi Smart Camera C300 Dual not record videos?

1. Please check whether the camera firmware and APP version need to be updated;
2. Please check whether the function of only recording moving images is turned on in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP;
3. Format the MicroSD card in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP (formatting the MicroSD card will clear the videos, so back up the videos before formatting);
4. If the MicroSD card cannot be formatted in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP, you can format the MicroSD card on the computer using a card reader. After formatting, power off the camera and reinstall the MicroSD card.
