If the pan-tilt-zoom function of the Xiaomi Smart Camera C700 is stuck and not rotating, please refer to the following steps:
1. Power off the Xiaomi Smart Camera C700 and then restart it;
2. Open the [Mi Home/Xiaomi Home] APP on your device >> select the [Xiaomi Smart Camera C700] from your list of devices >> tap the three-dot at the upper right corner >> go to [Camera settings] >> tap [Reboot device].
If the camera's gimbal still does not rotate, please contact the local after-sales service center for assistance.
