What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Pet Fountain 2 goes offline?

The device going offline could be caused by fluctuations in the home network. The device will automatically attempt to reconnect, so it is recommended to wait for a while and then check the device status again.
If the device is still not connected after half an hour, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check if the Mi/Home/Xiaomi Home APP is the latest version; upgrade it to the latest version and restart the APP;
2. Check if the distance between the pet fountain and the router is too far; try moving closer to the router;
3. Check if the router has MAC address filtering or black/white list settings enabled; disable MAC address filtering and black/white lists, then try again;
4. Reset the Wi-Fi and try again;
5. Try changing the network environment or using a mobile hotspot.
