This problem is not a hardware failure of the Xiaomi TV. It is recommended to make corresponding settings in the HDMI signal source on the TV.
When the TV prompts that HDR is not supported, please refer to the following information:
1. If the device supports HDMI2.0, please select HDMI2.0 in the input settings;
2. If the device supports HDMI2.1, please select HDMI2.1 in HDMI modes.
When the TV prompts that 120Hz is not supported, please select HDMI2.1 first and refer to the following information:
1. Confirm whether the external device supports 4K 120Hz output specifications, some output devices that support 120Hz need to be set separately in the device;
2. Check whether the TV end of the external device is connected to the 120Hz interface and whether the connected cable supports HDMI 2.1.
If the above methods are not effective, please submit the feedback and upload logs on the TV.
