If the camera frequently disconnects after connecting to the network, please refer to the following methods:
1. Check if the camera is not plugged in or if the power supply is disconnected;
2. Ensure the power adapter meets the camera’s power requirements;
3. Verify that the router and network are working correctly and confirm that the router password has not changed;
4. Check the camera's indicator light status: a solid yellow light means the camera is starting up; a flashing yellow light indicates startup completion; a flashing blue light means it is connecting to the network; a solid blue light means the network connection is successful. If the blue light is continuously flashing, try restarting the camera by power cycling it;
5. If your phone can connect to Wi-Fi normally, try moving the camera closer to the router to avoid interference;
6. Try connecting to a different network or creating a mobile hotspot to see if it resolves the issue;
7. Update the camera's firmware and the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP to the latest versions;
8. If the camera has an external memory card, remove it and try again. Incompatible memory cards can cause system crashes or disconnections;
9. Uninstall and reinstall the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP or try connecting with a different phone;
10. Delete the device in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP, reset the camera, and then re-add and reconnect it;
11. If the yellow light remains solid, contact customer support for firmware reinstallation.
If these methods do not resolve the issue, please contact the local after-sales service center for further assistance.
