What to do if the data restored from the cloud is incomplete?

If the data restored from the cloud is incomplete, please refer to the following methods:
1. Verify that you are logged into the correct account. Try logging in with your usual email. If the account is not the one used before performing the factory reset, you will not be able to restore data from the cloud;
2. Ensure that all data is synced to the cloud before performing the factory reset. Check the last cloud sync time and confirm that the data was fully uploaded;
3. Confirm whether you or someone else have deleted data from the cloud. Deleted data cannot be recoverable if it is removed from the cloud storage.
