The pressure release time of the Xiaomi Electric Pressure Cooker 4.8L depends on the amount of food being cooked. When cooking soup, which generates a larger volume of steam, the pressure release time will be relatively longer. For example, when using the water level marking at the third line in the inner pot for soup, manually releasing the pressure after cooking is expected to take about 3 to 5 minutes.
