If the SD card in the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera CW700S is abnormal, please refer to the following information:
1. Please use a dedicated storage card produced by reputable manufacturers;
2. Ensure the camera has an appropriate storage card installed. Cameras without a storage card cannot record videos or historical playbacks;
3. If the storage card isn't recording or can’t delete files automatically in cycles, you can format the card in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP >> [Settings] >> [Manage storage];
4. If you can't format the card in the APP, use a card reader to format it on a computer. After formatting, power off the camera and reinsert the card.
