Unable to sync SIM card's call history and SMS to Xiaomi Cloud

3. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Syncing requires a reliable connection to upload data to the cloud;
4. Ensure that you have enough storage space in your Xiaomi Cloud account. If the storage is full, you need to free up space or upgrade your plan;
5. Make sure your SIM card is correctly inserted into the device. A loose or improperly inserted SIM card can affect syncing your call history and SMS;
6. Make sure your device is running the latest software version;
7. Try signing out of your Xiaomi Account and then signing back in to sync;
