Does the Redmi Watch 5 Active support sleep monitoring?

The watch supports full sleep monitoring, including both long sleep periods and short naps throughout the day. Sleep monitoring will display REM sleep distribution only when continuous heart rate monitoring is enabled. When you wear the watch normally at night, it can automatically detect sleep through its built-in sensors.
To view the sleep data, please refer to the following methods:
1. On the watch, you can slide left and right on the watch face home page to the entrance of the sleep widget to view the sleep duration last night. You can also enter the application to view more details;
2. Tap the sleep icon in the application list on the watch to view the sleep data of the day;
3. After the watch is connected to the mobile phone to synchronize the data, tap Sleep in the data section of the Mi Fitness APP to view historical sleep data, including day, week, month, and year. You can also view the daily sleep period, the proportion of deep sleep, light sleep, rapid eye movement, and awake sleep, as well as detailed sleep status at each time point.
Note:
1. There is a delay in the generation of sleep reports. If the sleep function is turned on immediately after waking up, there is no sleep report for the time being;
2. The watch only retains the sleep data of last night. Please synchronize the data to the Mi Fitness APP in time to avoid the loss of data.
