If the phone unexpectedly restarts, freezes, or turns black during normal use, and you find that data has been lost after rebooting.
Please refer to the following methods for troubleshooting:
1. If only data from certain APPs is missing, it is not caused by the system issues. A phone can not experience unexplained data loss. Check if you have previously downloaded any third-party security software or rooted the system;
2. If all data is lost and the phone enters the boot guide interface, it indicates that the phone has undergone a factory reset or a flashing operation (if the device has a lock screen password, holding the volume up and power button together will enter Recovery mode, where your data can be cleared through button operations—this is the scenario most people encounter);
3. Check if the phone has entered Safe mode. In Safe mode, third-party APPs are disabled, which can make it seem like data has been lost, however exiting Safe mode will resolve this;
4. Verify whether you have used cloud services or other synchronization software for data backup. If so, attempt to restore the data. If data was not previously synced and only existed locally on the phone, the lost data cannot be recovered;
5. It is recommended to visit a nearby authorized service center to perform a data-preserving flash (also known as Recovery flash or card flash) to rule out any local system issues on your phone. Then, observe if the phone operates normally over time;
6. If you suspect a hardware issue, you can contact the after-sales service center for inspection.
