Please upgrade the watch to the latest version and refer to the following methods to set it up, which will help save electricity:
1. Reduce the brightness of the watch. Under the condition of sufficient light, the screen brightness of the watch can be appropriately reduced to save electricity;
(1). Turn off the Raise to wake function. When you don't need to use the Raise to wake function, you can turn off this function to avoid frequent lighting of the watch screen, which causes the power consumption of the device;
(2). Turn off unnecessary push notifications. When you view the message notifications pushed from the mobile phone in the watch, it will also consume power. You can turn off some applications that don't need to push messages in the APP. At the same time, you can also turn off the Wake screen function of the App notifications, so as to avoid the power consumption of the frequently lighting up the device's screen;
2. In the APP, enter the device interface and reduce the monitoring frequency of some health functions, which can effectively save electricity. Select low-frequency heart rate monitoring. The higher the frequency of heart rate monitoring, the more detailed the data, and the faster the power consumption of the device at the same time. In the heart rate settings, select low-frequency heart rate monitoring to save electricity;
(1). Turn off Advanced monitoring of sleep. After turning on Advanced monitoring of sleep, during your sleep, the watch will increase to the frequency of once per second to monitor your heart rate, which will improve the accuracy of sleep data monitoring, but at the same time seriously reduce the battery life;
(2). After turning off Advanced monitoring of sleep, the watch will monitor your heart rate during sleep with the set heart rate monitoring frequency to save electricity.
