If it is a Bluetooth connection problem or the APP cannot connect/cannot bind, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Enter the Bluetooth interface of the mobile phone to check whether the Bluetooth address of the current watch has been connected. If it has been connected, you need to forget the Bluetooth before trying to connect;
2. Check the Bluetooth connection distance between the wearable device and the mobile phone. Long distance will cause the Bluetooth to automatically disconnect;
3. Use the latest version of the Mi Fitness APP;
4. The watch resumes the factory settings;
5. Open the Bluetooth settings of the mobile device to check whether the watch’s Bluetooth address can be found;
6. Check the operating system of your mobile phone, check the APP usage scenarios, and update the APP version;
7. Verify the firmware version and update to the latest version and retry.
If the message/incoming call does not remind the watch, refer to the following steps:
1. Check whether the device opens the relevant permissions;
2. Slide into the control center on the watch to check whether the DND mode is turned on. If the DND mode is turned on, incoming calls and application notifications will not be reminded;
3. Verify the firmware version, update to the latest version and try again.
