The reasons for the inaccurate calorie calculation and blood oxygen measurement are listed below:
1. The watch is not worn correctly. The heart rate sensing area on the back of the device does not fit the wrist skin, and data cannot be obtained;
2. The heart rate sensing area on the back of the watch is dirty, or there is sweat between the wrist and the device, which will affect the measurement results;
3. The wrist is not kept still during the measurement and the arm is shaken;
4. If the temperature of the environment or the wrist skin is low and the blood flow decreases, measurement results will be affected;
5. The wrist wearing the watch is in a state of compression, which affects blood circulation and also causes the measurement results to be inaccurate;
6. Tattoos or pigmentation on the wrist will affect the penetration of red light from the sensor, resulting in inaccurate measurement results.
