1. Turn Bluetooth off and on again on your phone, then try connecting;
2. Ensure the phone is within the effective range (10 meters) and free from obstacles;
3. Check if the earbuds are attempting to reconnect to a different device;
4. Interference from electromagnetic waves will affect connection, try connecting in a different environment;
5. After deleting the pairing records from the device, place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. Then press and hold the case button for 10 seconds until the indicator blinks slowly three times. This action will reset the earbuds. After resetting, attempt to pair the earbuds with your device again. If the connection still fails, press and hold the case button for 20 seconds (until the indicator blinks slowly three times), then try pairing once more;
