To resolve this issue, please refer to the following methods:
1. Check if the charging case or earbuds have sufficient power. If the battery is normal, the charging case's indicator light should stay on for 5 seconds when the lid is opened;
2. Ensure good contact between the charging contacts on the earbuds and the charging pins inside the case;
3. Try restarting your phone, using a different phone, or changing the environment and search again;
4. Reset the earbuds and re-pair them. Place both earbuds in a fully charged charging case, and press and hold the case button for 10 seconds (the indicator will blink slowly 3 times). After resetting, the earbuds will enter pairing mode. If pairing fails, press and hold the case button for 20 seconds (the indicator will blink slowly 3 times again), then try connecting after the earbuds re-pair;
