3. If your watch is still working, please try to restart it first. If it still shows abnormalities after restarting, please check whether the watch is the latest version. If it is not, please update to the latest version of the firmware;
4. If there are still abnormalities after the update, please apply for the after-sales service center maintenance or replacement.
