2. Ensure that your finger is placed correctly on the fingerprint sensor;
3. Please keep your fingers and the surface of the phone clean when unlocking;
4. Try to use official screen protectors, as unofficial ones will affect the unlock performance;
5. If removing the screen protector doesn't improve fingerprint recognition, you can try using facial recognition as well.
