To solve the problem, please refer to the following steps:
1. When using a scrapped SIM card, a security protection mechanism will be triggered. This mechanism does not allow the use of biometrics such as fingerprint unlock and face unlock. Please remove the abnormal SIM card and try again;
2. If permitted, you can back up the data to other devices and restore the factory settings to eliminate the fingerprint initialization failure caused by storage problems;
3. If the problem still exists, please go to after-sale service for repair.
