However, it is still recommended to use the device at altitudes below 2000 meters. The higher the altitude, the lower the air pressure, which can result in the water temperature at the outlet not reaching 93°C to 95°C when dispensing hot water.

If you manually stop the water flow during steam emission, the current boiling point will not be recorded.
