If your eSIM card is not working, please refer to the following to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check eSIM activation: Ensure that the eSIM has been properly activated through your carrier;
2. Verify eSIM settings: Make sure the eSIM is properly configured and enabled. Ensure that it is set as the primary SIM if you’re using it for calls or data;
3. Network coverage: Ensure you are in an area with good network coverage, as weak or no signal can cause eSIM issues;
4. Check for carrier restrictions: Some carriers have restrictions on eSIM usage. Verify with your carrier that your plan supports eSIM and that there are no restrictions preventing it from working;
5. Update your software: Please go to the Settings APP to check for updates. Ensure your device is running the latest software version;
6. Re-download the eSIM profile: If you accidentally deleted the eSIM profile or if it wasn’t installed correctly, you need to re-download it from your carrier. Contact your carrier for the QR code or activation details;
7. Restart your device: Restarting your phone can often resolve temporary issues with the eSIM. Turn off your phone and turn it back on to see if the eSIM starts working;
8. Contact carrier support: If the eSIM still isn’t working, contact your carrier’s support team for assistance.
