Why is the charging speed of the POCO Pad slow?
The POCO Pad supports fast charging up to 33W with a battery capacity of 10000mAh.
If the charging speed is slow, please refer to the following information:
1. It is recommended that the original charger be used for optimal charging performance. Unofficial accessories will affect battery life;
2. Too hot or too cold an environment will affect the charging efficiency of the battery. Avoid charging in extreme temperatures and ensure that the device is within the appropriate temperature range;
3. A large number of background APPs running can consume battery and slow down charging. You can close unnecessary APPs or use airplane mode while charging.
