How to edit rooms on the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max?
Editing the map for the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max includes dividing the map, merging the map, and renaming the map.
To edit rooms, please refer to the following instructions:
1. Open the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP and choose [Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max];
2. On the homepage of the device, tap the map editing icon;
3. Choose [Edit room] to merge, divide, or rename rooms;
4. To merge areas, select the target areas (tap the areas, and they will turn gray), then tap the merge icon when it becomes active;
5. To divide an area, select the target area (tap the area, and it will turn gray), then tap the divide icon when it becomes active. A dividing line will appear on the map, which you can adjust;
6. To rename an area, select the target area (tap the area, and it will turn gray), then tap the rename icon when it becomes active. Choose a default name or create a custom one;
7. Once the settings are complete, confirm to apply the changes.
Note:
After merging rooms, custom cleanup settings and scheduled cleanup for the selected rooms will be disabled and need to be reset.
