How to create multiple maps on the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Pro?
If your home has multiple floors, the vacuum cleaner supports creating multi-floor maps to help you thoroughly clean your entire house.
For your reference, there are two methods to create multiple maps:
Method 1:
1. Move both the robot vacuum and omni station to the new floor, plug in the omni station, and connect the robot vacuum to it;
2. Open the [Mi Home/Xiaomi Home] APP;
3. Choose [Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Pro];
4. Tap the three dots icon at the upper right corner;
5. Select [Map list] to create a new map. It is also recommended to use the Quick map creation feature to create the second or third map;
6. After successfully saving a new map, if you need to clean a specific floor, move the robot vacuum to the starting point near where the map was initially created, then manually select the corresponding map and start cleaning.
Method 2:
1. If you prefer not to move the omni station to the new floor, you can only move the robot vacuum;
2. Open the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP, tap the device card, and tap the three-dot icon to enter settings. Select [Map list] to create a new map. Once the map is created, if you need to clean a specific floor, move the robot vacuum to that floor, and manually select the corresponding map;
3. It is not suggested to enable the function of cleaning the mop automatically to avoid the interruption of cleaning due to back to the station. If wet mopping is needed, it is recommended to dampen the mop manually.
