The solutions for the issue are listed below:
1. Reset the Wi-Fi of the dispenser;
2. Exit the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP on your phone and then re-enter it;
3. Reconnect to Wi-Fi (place the dispenser where the Wi-Fi signal strength is sufficient);
4. Set the home Wi-Fi password to a simple password (the following special characters cannot be set as passwords: "/ \% );
5. Place the dispenser close to the wireless router at home;
6. Use another mobile phone as a hotspot, and reset the router Wi-Fi after the connection is successful;
7. The router must use the 2.4GHz frequency band, and does not currently support the 5GHz frequency band network;
8. Make sure the mobile phone Bluetooth and positioning are turned on, and the Bluetooth is not connected to other products;
9. Set the router encryption method to WPA[TKIP]/WPA2[AES] (Hotspot encrypted by WEP and WAPI are not currently supported).
Note:
1. If you have a private wireless network connected to the Internet, it is not recommended to connect to unstable public networks;
2. Turn on the mobile phone Wi-Fi settings to check if there is Wi-Fi starting with "xiaomi-kettle-mek02_XXX". Confirm whether the product Wi-Fi module is damaged. If there is a Wi-Fi starting with the above, it means that the product module is fine. You can adjust the network and reconnect.
