Why doesn’t the Xiaomi Automatic Soap Dispenser (Color Edition) dispense foam?
To resolve this issue, please refer to the following troubleshooting methods:
1. Check if the hand soap is depleted. Replace the soap if necessary;
2. Check if the battery is depleted. Charge the device until it is fully charged;
3. Remove the foam spout and try sensing multiple times, then reattach the hand soap bottle. Blockages can occur if the device hasn’t been used for a long time;
4. For first-time use, it will take more than 3 attempts to expel air from the device to start dispensing foam properly.
