Why does the indicator on the Xiaomi Automatic Soap Dispenser (Color Edition) not light on?
For your reference, please refer to the following information:
1. If the device is not powered on, the indicator will not illuminate. To check, press and hold the power button for 1 second. When the soap dispenser is on, the indicator on the top of the device should light up white and remain on for 3 seconds;
2. If the battery is completely drained, the indicator will not light up. Connect the device to a power source using a Type-C power cable and ensure it is fully charged. Once charged, the indicator should function correctly.
