If your fan automatically shuts down after being turned on, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure that the fan is properly plugged into a functional power outlet;
2. Ensure the power cord meets the required specifications. Examine the power cord for any visible damage or fraying. If the cord can’t meet the standard or is damaged, it needs to be replaced;
3. Check whether a scheduled standby time has been set in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP. The fan will shut down automatically based on pre-configured schedules;
4. Unplug the fan from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in to check if the issue persists.
If the issue persists, contact the after-sales service center for further inspection.
