If your fan is not blowing air, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Ensure the fan is properly connected to a power source and is powered on normally;
2. Check if sleep mode is activated because sleep mode has lower airflow. Check if the speed settings and oscillation options are set properly on the fan or in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP;
3. Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the airflow. Clear any debris or objects around the fan that impede air movement;
4. Unplug the fan from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in to check if the issue persists;
5. Check if the fan blade is moving. If it is stuck or not rotating, there can be an issue with the internal mechanism or motor.
If the issue persists, contact the after-sales service center for further inspection.
