1. Reboot the device;
2. Check if the camera firmware version and Mi Home App version need to be updated;
3. Clear Mi Home App data;
4. Replace the memory card.
Note: Memory cards have a service life, if you use a card for a long time, it may cause the memory card to be erased many times and can not be used again, be sure to ask the user to replace the brand memory card to use.
